PIPE & VESSEL thermal INSULATION
Our in-situ polyurethane injection system has been developed over many years of research to be a market leader ensuring consistent high quality insulation. The injection system applies a continuous unbroken layer of insulation resulting in far fewer weak points created at joints & seams compared to more traditional types of sectional insulation. We are now able to offer a B2 fire rating on injected polyurethane, comparable with PUR & PIR section.

High-Density Pipe Supports
Our HD Pipe Supports with durable metal saddles are custom-made in-house using high-density foam board, providing exceptional support for pipes before insulation is applied.

To meet your specific requirements, these supports can be sleeved with a variety of materials, including Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Ally-Zinc (Zintec), and more. Designed for strength, versatility, and compatibility with insulation processes, our HD Pipe Supports ensure reliability and long-lasting performance.
Sheet Metal Fabrication & Laser Cutting
With our advanced Mazak® 1kW Laser Profiler, we offer precise and high-quality laser cutting services for a range of flat-sheet materials, including Aluminium, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Ally-Zinc (Zintec), up to 6mm in thickness. Laser cutting provides exceptional precision, detail, and a premium surface finish, making it ideal for a variety of applications.
Pre-Insulated Pipe
Our pre-insulated pipes are versatile solutions designed for both hot and cold applications, making them ideal for industrial and commercial use in both internal and external environments.

Manufactured in-house at our workshop, these pipes are insulated using our advanced polyurethane injection system and encased in a durable HDPE outer layer for added protection. Alternative finishes are also available upon request to suit specific project needs.
