Coreseal is built on two core components working together: factory‐produced pre‐insulated pipes and a bespoke FIP injection system applied to all joints, bends, and fittings.

The CoreSeal Foam-In-Place (FIP) system delivers a fully sealed, high-performance insulation solution designed for refrigeration and process pipework. Each stage of the installation process is carefully controlled to ensure maximum thermal efficiency, structural integrity, and long-term protection against moisture ingress and corrosion. From pipe preparation through to final inspection, the CoreSeal system creates a dense, uniform insulation barrier that eliminates voids, protects critical pipework, and provides a durable outer casing suitable for demanding industrial environments.

Pipe Surface Preparation

Stainless steel: cleaned and wrapped with foil vapour barrier.

Vapour Sealing​

Silicone sealant applied to all joints. 

 

Fosters 95‐44 mastic applied on termination points.

Casings fitted and mechanically secured to ensure strong structural integrity.

End Caps & Terminations​

Foam Injection​
