Our Journey
TPM Insulation Ltd was founded in 2009 by Shaun - one man, one van, and a determination to build a reliable industrial insulation service grounded in hard work and honesty.

Fifteen years on, we’re proud of how far we’ve come. From humble beginnings, TPM has grown into a specialist team of experienced Thermal Insulation Engineers, supported by upgraded equipment, modern fabrication capabilities, and refined systems that allow us to deliver high-quality insulated pipework, polyurethane injection foam, and sheet-metal jacketing at scale.

As the industry evolved, so did we. Alongside Injected Polyurethane Foam Insulation, our services now include PIR, PUR, Phenolic, Rockwool/Stonewool, Armaflex, pre-insulated pipe options, and a full range of finishes — PIB, Aluminium, Stainless Steel and VentureClad®.
What hasn’t changed is the heart of the business: a family-run team committed to quality, precision and doing right by our customers.
Our Story
2007
Humble Beginnings
With just one rusty van, a single foam machine, and a small team of three, we started working nights, weekends, and holidays to build something from the ground up. It wasn’t easy, but we were determined to make it work.

Becoming TPM Insulation Ltd.
2011
Official Base
After years of hard work, we officially became a limited company. At that time, we had just one customer and a gentleman’s agreement, which introduced us to the English market - a leap of faith that laid the foundation for everything that followed.
We moved out of the home garage and into a workshop -the same place we’re in today. It wasn’t much at first, but we made it work, slowly expanding, improving, and building the team to create the workspace we needed.
Today
Steady Progress
Today, we’re not just growing in size but also in expertise. We continue to invest in training and development, expanding our services to include thermal imaging, site surveys, and more. By working closely with suppliers, we’re pushing for greater use of pre-insulated pipes and providing high-density pipe supports across all industries - ensuring efficiency, durability, and innovation in every project we take on.
