Valve and Flange Jacketing

Valve & Flange Jackets are versatile, removable covers designed to encase valves and flanges securely. Crafted for robustness and longevity, these jackets are effortlessly maintainable, facilitating easy removal whenever necessary. Beyond their durability, they serve as effective insulation and provide a reliable vapor barrier for the enclosed valve or flange.

Pre-Insulated Pipe

Our pre-insulated pipes are versatile solutions suitable for both hot and cold applications. Manufactured at our workshops in both the UK and Ireland, these pipes are filled with our advanced polyurethane injection system and encased with a durable HDPE outer layer. Alternative finishes are also available upon request to accommodate specific preferences.

Laser Cutting

With our state-of-the-art Mazak® 1Kw Laser Profiler, we offer precision cutting services for a diverse range of flat-sheet materials, including Aluminium, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Ally-Zinc (Zintec), with thicknesses of up to 6mm. Laser Cutting technology ensures impeccable precision, intricate detailing, and a superior surface finish for all compatible materials.

While a DXF drawing is preferred, we are equipped to evaluate and assist with any format you may have. Sheet Metal Fabrication

Our expert team specializes in crafting a diverse array of sheet metal casings tailored precisely to meet our customers' insulation or HVAC needs. Whether you require customized specifications, sizes, or designs, we're equipped to fabricate according to your exacting standards. While DXF format drawings are preferred, we accept most file formats for your convenience.

Our repertoire includes popular materials such as Aluminium, Stainless Steel, and Stucco. Should you desire a material not listed, we encourage you to reach out with your specific requests. High Density Pipe Supports

Our custom-made High Density Pipe Supports, featuring metal saddles, are meticulously crafted in-house using high-density foam board. These supports provide exceptional reinforcement for pipes, serving as an excellent foundation before insulation is applied.
